bcosmic.co.il is the brand site for B Cosmic by Yossi Bitton. Online purchases are processed at our sister site makeup.land, which runs the e-commerce, checkout and shipping. Both sites are operated by the same company.
What is the shipping time and cost?
Orders ship from makeup.land. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days within Israel, with express shipping sometimes available. Shipping cost varies by region and order size; full details appear at checkout.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes. Under Israeli consumer protection law, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details on the terms page and at makeup.land.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. All B Cosmic products are cruelty-free. Formulas are tested in advanced cosmetics laboratories and meet Israeli Ministry of Health and international standards.
Do your products contain natural ingredients?
Yes. B Cosmic formulas blend plant extracts, organic oils and active ingredients that nourish the skin alongside their performance. However, not every product is 100% natural — if you are sensitive to a specific ingredient, check the package's ingredients list before use.
How do I choose the right makeup shade?
Try the shade along the jaw line, not on the palm, in natural daylight. At our physical stores you can get help from our makeup artists matching the shade to your skin. If you order online and choose the wrong shade, contact makeup.land customer service to swap.
How do I remove long-wear or matte lipstick?
Use an oil-based makeup remover (such as a micellar oil), hold the pad on the lips for a few seconds, then wipe gently. Avoid hard rubbing, which can irritate the skin.
How do I clean makeup brushes?
Clean brushes once a week. Wet the fibers in lukewarm water, work in a brush soap or gentle shampoo, massage on a palm or silicone pad, rinse until the water runs clear and lay flat to dry with the head pointing down.
I have oily / dry / sensitive skin — which products fit?
Oily skin: loose translucent powder, FL matte liquid foundation. Dry skin: moisturizer before makeup + NF nourishing foundation. Sensitive skin: introduce one new product at a time and test for 24 hours; in-store staff can advise on specific products.
Where are Yossi Bitton's makeup courses held?
Courses are held at the Yossi Bitton schools in Haifa and Bnei Brak (with a branch in Beitar Illit). Offerings include professional makeup courses, master classes, personal makeup sessions and workshops. Schedule and registration at yb.makeup/education.
Do you offer bridal makeup or event makeup?
